The apartment is located on the edge of Wittingen in the Südheide, close to the "Green Belt." The layout includes a combined living and dining area, one bedroom, a bathroom with walk-in shower and toilet, a hallway, a storage room, and a terrace with garden. Amenities: Living room: Sofa bed (1x2 m), satellite TV, radio. Kitchen: Fitted kitchen with ceramic hob, dishwasher, oven, fridge-freezer, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, egg cooker, and kettle. Crockery, glasses, and cutlery are provided. Bedroom: Two single beds (each 1x2 m), wardrobe, chest of drawers. Bathroom: Walk-in shower (1x1 m), toilet, sink, washing machine. The apartment is barrier-free and non-smoking (smoking allowed outside). Pets are welcome. Per person and stay, one set of bed linen and towels as well as all utilities (electricity, gas, water) are included. A parking space on the property, Wi-Fi, and use of the washing machine are free of charge. The apartment has a private terrace with a 200 m² garden (not fenced), garden furniture, and barbecue. Pets are allowed on request for an additional fee.
